Privacy at OwlScout
OwlScout helps recruiting teams find and reach candidates, so we take the data you bring and create seriously. This page summarizes how we handle it today.
We never train AI on your data
Your candidates, contacts, messages, and notes are yours. We do not use your workspace data to train AI models — ours or anyone else’s. AI features operate on your data only to deliver the result you asked for, in your workspace.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to the systems and people needed to run and support the service.
A private workspace per account
Every account gets its own isolated workspace. Your data is scoped to your workspace and is not shared with or visible to other customers.
Your data is yours — export and deletion
You can export your data at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and its data. We run OwlScout alongside your existing stack precisely so you’re never locked in.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of infrastructure and AI providers to operate OwlScout (for example, cloud hosting, databases, email delivery, and large-language-model providers). They process data only to provide their service to us, under contract. The full list of sub-processors will be published with our complete Privacy Policy.
Security posture
A SOC 2 examination is in progress. As our security and compliance program matures, we’ll publish the relevant reports and details here.
